I want to deeply apologize for my silence over the past few years. I know many of you have reached out with curiosity, wondering where I’ve been and when Owned by Her Masters will be published. Please know your patience and support mean the world to me.

The last three years have brought unimaginable challenges to my family and me. My husband, my real-life romance hero, faced a courageous battle with illness and, heartbreakingly, he passed away last year. Losing him has changed my world in ways I’m still learning to navigate. The grief is deep, and for a time, even the thought of writing romance felt impossible.

How was I supposed to write about romance when my own heart ached with loss?

But lately, I’ve found comfort in memories, in writing again, and in finding Jana’s happily ever after. Finishing this series has been a gentle reminder of the power of love, both real and fictional, to heal and inspire. The journey back to the page hasn’t been easy, but it has been necessary. I am committed to continuing to share my stories, just as my husband would have wanted.

I don’t have a date yet. I don’t want to commit only to have another tragedy happen. Unfortunately, we have also been dealing with my dad’s health as he fights stage 4 cancer. But I will keep you updated as I continue to write.
